Sara Ali Khan exposes that her nani also attended Miranda House, which is applauded by students.

As part of the No Shame Movement, which raises awareness of the abuse young girls experience with their intimate images, Sara Ali Khan recently spoke to students at Miranda House College in Delhi. When Sara revealed that she had a link to the college, the instructors and students in attendance applauded her. The socialite Rukhsana Sultana, her maternal grandmother, graduated from the university.
On Instagram Stories, Sara posted a little video of herself speaking to the students. She remarked in the video, “Thank you for having me. They did not mention that my maternal grandmother had just attended this college when they introduced my family. At this information, the students present in the auditorium cheered. Sara’s grandmother, Rukhsana, was a well-known socialite from Delhi who supported Congressman Sanjay Gandhi. Sara’s mother, Amrita Singh, an actress who is Sara’s mother and her daughter, was born while Rukhsana was in Delhi.
Sara was with Abhishek Singh, a former IAS officer turned actor, when she arrived at Miranda House. She participated in an interactive workshop led by the United by Blood charity, NSS, and Miranda House College’s Chemistry Department. The actor talked about how sharing young girls’ photographs online without their permission has a significant impact on their mental health.
“Such an essential initiative, so motivating,” one of her followers remarked. One more supporter said, “Proud of you, Sara.” “Her simplicity and how beautiful she is,” another fan (white hearts) said. Her attempts to spread awareness for the cause were applauded by several fans, who used heart emojis.
Sara is working on a variety of projects. The historical drama Ae Watan Mere Watan comes first. Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra all worked together to create the movie. Vicky Kaushal and Laxman Utekar’s next untitled movie is one of their upcoming projects. Gaslight, starring Vikrant Massey, is another.
